Order Information :

All prices are in Singapore currency

The total cost of an item is as displayed in the website. Delivery charge is inclusive in the price and GST charge is not imposed

Payment can be made via Visa/MasterCard or Internet Banking.

 

Order Substitution :

We aim to deliver the exact products that appear in the website. However, we also reserve the right to substitute any product that is out of stock with another of equivalent or higher in value

All goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

 

Order Cancellation & Redirection :

An order cancellation has to be made at least 24hrs in advanced before the actual delivery date. If not, the order is deemed confirmed and will be delivered

The full amount of an order is chargeable if :

No one is available to receive the order at the time of the delivery
The wrong address is given by the customer.
     Any change of delivery address is to be made 6 hours prior delivery.
     A $12 (Mon-Saturday) and $15 (Sunday&Public Holiday) surcharge is imposed for redirecting the delivery to another address.
At any situation where an order cannot being successfully delivered whilst every
     effort to ensure delivery is attempted.

Delivery Information :

Mainly delivers to local address (mainland Singapore ). If a delivery is to a nearby island, e.g. Sentosa, a surcharge based on the admission fee will be imposed.
The delivery schedule is arranged as follows :

Additional Delivery Charges

Delivery is free for orders from $45 and above. Delivery charge of S$12 for orders below $45.
